online returns must be authorized prior to shipment by contacting us at customerservice@loakinis.com. returns must be properly packed in original packaging including tags & sent at the customers expense.

once were receive your return we will credit the original form of payment. please note banking intuitions may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.

we are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost items while your package is being returned.

we recommend washing your kini in cold water on a delicate cycle. we do not recommend putting your kini in the dryer
